I'm replying to this only because you mentioned cardiologists at stanford. After my last exposure to covid, which was november 2022, in March I had an appointment with cardiology because all kinds of stuff was going wrong with me. (Still is but all tests normal except for antCCP and dDimer) My doctor was a Stanford cardiologist and when I told him I suspected this was all covid related, he blew me off and said, "Everybody wants to blame everything on covid🙄", and basically rolled his eyes and walked away! UGHHHH!!!

I am also set up to see the chronic fatigue specialist through Stanford's long covid clinic, which was a 6-month wait for my appointment but needs to be rescheduled as I will be out of the country, and when I called they said it will be another year before I'm able to get in, I don't even know why I bother because they're all part of the same Medical institution and I have a feeling that going to their long covid clinic isn't going to be any better than any other conventional doctor would be. They are not FLCCC doctors so I don't expect to be treated effectively... It's very sad and disappointing but par for the course as far as medical universities in this day and age are concerned. They just tow the line.

I am very sorry about all your problems you are now experiencing Inner Dimensions. I too got hit pretty hard with Covid (delta back in Oct ‘21). I got pretty sick and had peculiar symptoms that did not feel normal. I can tell you I was inflamed from head (brain) to toes. I had previous autoimmune so probably was part of reaction. I also had lingering symptoms such as extreme fatigue (body and cells/mitochondria become depleted (that’s my thought anyway), bad brain fog and irritability (my kids and husband called it mad cow Covid disease 😂), reduced visual acuity and nighttime blindness, horrible taste aversion (like one has in pregnancy) but worse. Everything (except natural fruits and veggies) had horrific chemical taste. Autoimmune flares with joint pain. ALL significantly reduced with IVER. When I felt I was improving I would taper off IVER and sx’s would return full throttle. I did not want to have to take IVER as my insurance woukd NOT pay if you are taking for Covid (nor will corporate pharmacies ie: Walgreens, Safeway, etc. DESPITE having a RX for it.

So I paid for it myself which ran a bit over 220 per month. I also would have to get my IVER filled outside my county of King County Washington.

In addition to the IVER I got several medical IV’s (at naturopath clinic) to boost my immune system and help replenish the depletions. This also helped a lot! I had 4 in total. Also kind of expensive.

I would highly recommend the FLCC recommendations if you can get access. Or the doctor someone above mentioned? in Petaluma? Mist likely he/she will have relationship with a pharmacy nearby or one that can mail you prescriptions.

Here is the frustrating part: the difficulty accessing IVER (both finding someone who will prescribe, and finding pharmacy that will fill. Then you have the cost. Most might have to pay on their own- no insurance.

I would say not only cancel your “long Covid” appointment that will take a year to get- but RUN AWAY! Instead try to schedule appointment with FLCC or Dr. Kory’s group, or doc above?

It’s so frustrating at a visceral level that people are having to jump through such difficult hoops and expense to get better, and Doctor’s being penalized in helping people get better. I’m in healthcare- and I am on leave because I cannot stomach it all especially in my area of the Covid Capital Cult worshipping here in Seattle area.

Thanks very kindly for your response! I initially caught delta also. It was easier than flus ive dealt with and i felt back to normal in 5 days but it was this 2nd exposure that did me in. Your story overall sounds very similar to mine. It's just so disgusting what we all have to go through.. yes, I am heavily considering an apt with both the dr mentioned in a prior post(i screenshot that post) and also Dr Kory but will need to save up for that one...im just so tired of all this- my husband, who has a short amount of medical experience, actually made it into medical school but quit after a while, believes there is a very heavy inflammatory component to this for me as well...a course of prednisolone while out of the cpuntry last year relieved my symptoms 97% however, i am unable to tolerate any nsaids so those are not options as far as inflammation is concerned, and i DONT want to have to take prednisolone again..i gained 20 pounds in 2 months and it took forever to lose...its amazing i was even able to at 48 and with all these issues holding me back...strangely, my ESR and CRP come back in normal range but i do have a d Dimer thats higher now than a year ago???? I'm already taking literally everything in the flccc's protocol with the exception of methylene blue and one other thing. Can't remember what it is atm..i take IVR 2x a week and have been for quite some time. Its this crushing chest pressure and deep muscular pain that is so debilitating...i feel like my lungs and esophagus is being crushed, and its worse when laying down. No idea whats going on..this is a very outlier symptom. All cardiac and pulmonology tests are normal-all imaging like 3 dif times xrayed, mri, ct scan...nothing shows...wth could this be??

This may be totally redundant and looks like you’ve been looked over pretty good- but sounds like type of GERD or esophageal irritation? Have they done a scope? Im just curious-but kind sounds like something like that. And have they cleared gall bladder? Again- sorry if this has already been discussed. And I’m sure you’ve already had a good look over!

And also since we're discussing it, just to provide you with more information, about 3 months back, I had a chest and abdomen CT scan done just to make sure there wasn't anything going on like hiatal hernia or anything like that and nothing was picked up on the scan. I was actually pushing for an mri, but they said they don't do full body MRIs here even though she admitted knowing that they DO do it in other parts of the world.. apparently here in first world usa, they don't do that 🙄 the doctor also told me that if she put in an order for it, insurance would deny it so we settled for the CT scan since she knew for sure the insurance would cover it.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply to me, that's very kind of you! Actually, they prescribed me a barium swallow, but after insurance, it cost $1,500! I'm waiting to have it done when I go out of the country on vacation in about a month from now. I can get it done on a walk-in basis for probably less than $100 where I'm going. I can probably also get a endoscopy done over there as well because I have had suspicions that it might be an issue with the esophagus. As of right now, I'm kind of leaning towards not being surprised if it turns out to be an issue with very deep internal muscles spasming. I say this because I have other issues with muscles spasming since this God forsaken covid.. I have tendon inflammation and muscles that knot up real severely, and then in half an hour it goes away as if nothing ever happened. But this chest thing.. it's very deep and it seems like it's always there so it may be something different like your suggesting. Definitely going to look into it though!

@Inner Dimensions ~ So very sorry to hear about the issues you have been having. Look into the benefits of taking magnesium for muscle spasms. This product in particular is excellent b/c it does not cause loose stools like most types of mag:

You may need to take multiple droppers multiple times a day to manage symptoms until your magnesium stores are restored ~ but start low initially and work up to a dose you can comfortably tolerate. You may also want to take another form of magnesium in more moderate doses, to give your body an additional boost. Helps immensely with stress, sleep and other many other metabolic issues. Also keep in mind that stress depletes magnesium from the body, and most people in the US are deficient.

For lingering gut issues, look into leaky gut:

My son benefited from switching to a Blue Zone diet, although it is very hard for some people to follow.

For spike protein issues, have you tried nattokinese?

For pain, look into DL-Phenylalanine.

Many more support resources here, in case they might be helpful:

Of course none of this is medical advice. Do your own research. Talk to your preferred health care practitioner, etc.

Wishing you all the best!

Treat yourself for Long Covid! I did and I feel a million percent better today than I did at the end of May after my second bout with CoVid. The critical part of the treatment is the nattokinase, a fermented soy derived enzyme that breaks down the spike protein. The NAD+ as Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, I believe, has also helped me tremendously. Plus moderating my sleep patterns to ensure quality sleep (this is where the tryptophan and melatonin comes in). Good luck!! https://covid19criticalcare.com/protocol/i-recover-long-covid-treatment/

I'm sorry to hear about these persistent symptoms Inner Dimensions – I put myself on a prophylactic prescription for ivermectin for awhile and was eating natto every other day, it definitely helped me get over any persistent covid symptoms. Other than that, the usual FLCCC/McCullough protocols – vitamin D, intermittent fasting as needed (to induce autophagy and clean up any strange proteins in my body), and getting outside and playing music!

As for cardiologists, this article just dropped, good timing: https://open.substack.com/pub/petermcculloughmd/p/why-ethical-cardiologists-cannot?r=4cri&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

So i see you were actually eating natto and not taking it in supplement form? I was going to ask how much and how often you were dosing the natto but actually eating it changes everything i think. Where did you get actual natto?? Did you make it yourself? Very interesting! Oh, i should mention, my d Dimer is high (clotting issue caused by covid😖) so i take drs best natto cuz the vitamin k is removed...k's primary action is a clotting agent)

I eat one of these natto cups probably every other day, but certainly not daily. https://rhapsodynaturalfoods.com/our-products/organic-small-bean-natto/ Not cheap, and perhaps worth figuring out how to make oneself. I do find that the natto noticeably improves my circulation and reduces inflammation.

Im glad you've made progress! Ive been following an FLCCC protocol for around 10 months now... I think this God forsaken virus has caused a change in a very fundamental level in me, maybe in one of these processes / Cascades where the body goes through multiple steps in order to complete a certain action.. I think something has gone wrong in one of these things which has resulted in the situation I have because nothing is helping.. I was not like this before and I have not gotten any better even though I have been on the protocol. I'm becoming less and less exercise tolerant which is very depressing because I was an avid 3-day a week hiker/mountain biker and working on my parents farm and gardening and now most days of the week find it hard to even get through a very boring, doing nothing day. I have a bunch of other symptoms but I won't bore you with that. I really appreciate your comment. I'm doing everything you mentioned and more and doing a lot of praying I'm just hoping for the best. In the very least, hoping for the patience to tolerate this but sometimes it becomes too much and I have literal breakdowns and those are the times where I'm considering going to the er. There isnt much I can do at that point except pop an anxiety pill and just wait for it to kick in. This is no way to live..I hate the bastards that created this fiasco 😭

Yeah either way you look at it, the "spike" protein from the covid virus and/or the covid "vaccine" is clearly indiscriminate with what tissues it interfaces with and thus damages. While I'm no doctor, my only hunch is perhaps approach your collected symptoms as an autoimmune disorder at this point, and holistically try to reset your immune system by maybe trying two things together: 48 hour intermittent fasting, and a severely restricted diet (I've heard the meat-only diet has worked well for some people struggling to put their autoimmune disorders into remission). I think giving "autophagy" a chance to reboot your body might be worth a try in a safe and controlled environment (i.e. don't commute or hike while fasting, for example).

Thank you for the suggestion! Yes, I had done a 3-day fast and feel absolutely wonderful in the past, but hadn't been able to pull off a 72-hour fast since then. Got sick around 36 hours, but I was also being extremely active so Im thinking of giving it another shot but this time just taking it easy and chilling and not doing anything and just relaxing during the fast might be the best approach for me to take. During my previous fasting, I had gone hiking and done other activities that I thought was good because I thought it would catapult the autophagy process, but I'm thinking doing a more relaxed laid back one is more beneficial. I hadn't heard much about people putting autoimmune diseases into remission via a meat diet, but I'm willing to try anything at this point.

I have often heard it repeated that for some - rest is needed for healing from from covid and mRNA injection created spike disorders.

I'm just reading through these comments, and thought about a doctor who really helped a friend of mine, who takes insurance, but is in Petaluma. Mainstream, functional, alternative, Eastern. He might know a cardiologist also. Don't know where you are. I was in and out with Kaiser's greased slide, and other Silicon Valley interventional cardiologists and doctors, with relatives, and the effort involved in even getting any of them to accept that drugs deplete particular nutrients was monumental. His name is Nikola Lozanov.

from his website:

My patient’s health is of the utmost importance to me. Both physical and mental health are equally important to the overall vitality of each person. I am trained to consider these factors in attempting to diagnose, treat and prevent illnesses. Although skilled in western medicine, I welcome patients who prefer to receive care via holistic and eastern methods.

I am fully trained and certified in functional medicine, which addresses the underlying

causes of disease, using a systems- oriented approach and engaging both patient

and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership.

My office is located minutes from the Petaluma Valley Hospital. I am fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Russian."
