@Inner Dimensions ~ So very sorry to hear about the issues you have been having. Look into the benefits of taking magnesium for muscle spasms. This product in particular is excellent b/c it does not cause loose stools like most types of mag:

You may need to take multiple droppers multiple times a day to manage symptoms until your magnesium stores are restored ~ but start low initially and work up to a dose you can comfortably tolerate. You may also want to take another form of magnesium in more moderate doses, to give your body an additional boost. Helps immensely with stress, sleep and other many other metabolic issues. Also keep in mind that stress depletes magnesium from the body, and most people in the US are deficient.

My son benefited from switching to a Blue Zone diet, although it is very hard for some people to follow.

For spike protein issues, have you tried nattokinese?
