My Board Certification with ABEM will end in 2025. In their eyes, that will end 30 years of Board Certification, but I don’t work in an Emergency Department anymore and made my decision not to recertify after they sent us out a “warning” email about “misinformation and disinformation” on Covid 19 and how it could cause us to lose our ABEM certification, I responded with a 4 1/2 page certified letter to the members of the Board which ended with the promise that if I found out they had done this to any of my colleagues, I would contact that person and help them sue ABEM. Do they really think they can take away my 4 year residency, oral and written Boards and repeat written Boards? Do they really think my 30 years of knowledge and experience will suddenly dissipate into the air because they said so? And don’t get me wrong. For the first 18 years, I lived and breathed Emergency Medicine. I was on a state Board of Directors for 10 years. I was on the ACEP Council for 18 years. When I was a resident, I was the Speaker of the Resident Council. I was on National and State Committees. I eventually left and owned an Urgent Care. I loved what I did. But I am not their whore. I will not pay them and play their little game while they and ACEP gaslight us so they can keep their Lobbyist office in D.C. and collect dues from over 40,000 Emergency Physicians. When Covid was raging, I prescribed Ivermectin and Budesonide Inhaled treatments. I took it myself when I had Covid. I haven’t suffered a fraction of what Dr. Kory and others have suffered in their careers, but this whole episode in our history has changed me forever. I currently practice Addiction Medicine. However, I believe this will eventually turn around. There’s too many studies all over the world, too many people who originally drank the lemonade that are now questioning, and too many vaccine injured patients. I think eventually Dr. Kory, Dr. Marik and McCullough, along with countless others, will be vindicated when these “certifying bodies” start to back pedal on advice of legal counsel.

Thank you so much for this and for your efforts in resisting this insanity.. This is a critical time for doctors and the practice of medicine. For those ignorant docs who think I am getting what I deserve, they should be worried because they are next for who knows what opinion they hold

Sometimes I think it might be getting better; then I post a comment about vaccine adverse events and get this response, "ok Karen - take you (sic) anti-vax theory somewhere else. This story had absolutely nothing to do with the Covid vaccine or any vaccine." I then responded to the writer, "You honestly don't realize the gene therapy shots are causing adverse effects and deaths?????" At this point, are people simply denying and lying like the ABIM, or are they actually that ignorant?

Expand full comment

I do not believe they are denying it exists, I think they truly believe the shots are safe and effective. Such is the power of mass, 360 degree propaganda via mass media, medical journals, agencies, and authorities. It truly is terrifying to behold the amount and power of the lies when you know the truth. Terrifying.

Sir, they probably do believe it...and that's scary. IOW, good doctors, like you, are to go away, and replaced by imbaciles (which they are--brainwashed)...because socialized medicine is actually anti-humanity.

If you go to SEC.gov and read through Moderna's 10-K & 10-Q filings (as well as Pfizer's), you'll see the companies disclose to their shareholders in those documents that mRNA products are considered gene therapies. They say it right in their own written filings with the SEC as a way to brief their shareholders of a possible risk to their investment.

You're another hero to be admired by us who joined the dots before accepting the deadly jabs!

We didn't get caught last time they cried "Covid" and "get vaccinated"! We're ready for the next con!

The NEXT Covid Vax Sales Campaign is being implemented to re-establish the need for jabs. To reverse the flagging Pfizer, Moderna, etc., profits that are now occurring since so many people have sussed what was really going on in 2020 with Covid, the disappearance of Flu and the useless but DEADLY depopulating injections they call "Vaccines".

NO LIABILITY is just one of many Clues that remind you that you were 'had'. "Safe & Effective" was another!

The magical disappearance of the Flu in 2020 demonstrates the farce and coercion that SELLS depopulating injections (Vax?)

Join the dots - it's not that difficult!

You are such a badass, Pierre. Love it.

I’m beginning to think licensing and certifications need to become extinct as they are merely used as a way of enforcing ideological and pharmaceutical conformity. Just as being smeared by the mainsleeze media is now a badge of honor (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-mainstream-straddler), so is losing your license/certification for independent, evidence-based critical thinking that exposes the lies masquerading as The $cience™.

Not that you need any more ammunition, but feel free to pilfer as desired from my letter about AB2098 and another challenging the thought-policing of public health and the religion of astroturfed “scientific consensus”:

Just curious, can you practice medicine without these board certifications? Maybe as an "office" doc (likely with no hospital privs)? I imagine that rural areas would love your expertise no matter what. In any event, thank you (and the other docs) for standing up for what's ethical and effective.

I really think this was a roundabout way to effectively bring down the medical system. A speed run of the Soviet Union demoralization, if you will. You can go with the system, knowing that the practitioners are doing the prescribed voodoo chants (and being largely blocked from life-saving ER facilities) which can either be slightly effective or possibly fatal--take your pick, or you have to go out on your own or try to find "underground" medicine, knowing that this has to be kept hush-hush or all associated will be put in jail ("How dare you save people! You have no authority!!")

I immediately went and became a tribal practitioner, for which I am licensed in all 50 states, have prescribing authority, and am constitutionally protected. I am starting small, just doing teleheath, but will eventually open a physical location once I get things established. Need to find a suitable location, perhaps Oklahoma, Florida, Tennessee, or Alabama, places that still have some freedom and reject the agendas. It will be a long and winding road, but that's life. I believe it is as you said, demoralizing the good doctors, rewarding those who fall in line, and idolizing the people at the top who preach this communist style of practice, which includes stripping patient and doctor autonomy and involved castrating children. It's unreal. There is so much going on, I look to God in these times. Imagine practicing medicine for years only to find out every single person you work with is a complete psycho? You can't make it up.

AMEN, I SAY TO YOU AMEN. Stay away from South Carolina where I live. Most of the doctors belong to and believe in the communist medical mills. Medical care here is in the toilet! Intellectual dissent is an essential part of a competent doctor's job in healing his patients.

Prohibiting dissent leaves nothing for a doctor to do but push pharmaceutical drugs and medical procedures, most of which is treatment, not therapy or cure.

The medical doctors are already practicing involuntary euthanasia. Just look at the hundreds of thousands of people killed by hospital protocols for COVID treatment, right, treatment, NOT! Hospitals are the new death houses equivalent to the ovens that gased millions of Jews in WWII. ALL specialty boards became rackets long ago (led by my own - the first - American Board of Ophthalmology) and serve only to maintain cash flows to the bureaucrats that run them and compliance from providers to the Med Ind Complex's dictates. CME requirements for licensure are also a vast racket that does nothing to aid patients OR doctors. These "educational" entities within medicine are simply to maintain discipline and order within the profession -- that is, to support the political agenda of the Ruling Psychopathy. All doctors should simply say "NO!" to these abominable organizations and return to being patient advocates, instead of corporate shills. Sadly, Academia is infested/infected with wannabe totlaitarians.

For the first time yesterday, I saw this below a YouTube video posted by a “mainstream” physician:

“From an accredited US healthcare educator. Learn how experts define health sources in a journal of the National Academy of Medicine.”

The provided link takes you to a YouTube “help” page about how to distinguish “qualified and authoritative sources,” with multiple references to the CDC and specifically the WHO.

This video was from 2015. It wasn’t about covid--it was about mold. Presented by the vice president of the American Academy of Allergists and Immunologists “debunking” claims about mold allergy and how to “actually” treat it.

The assault against true health and wellness couldn’t be more clear.

I only see one way out of this and that would be for RFK Jr to miraculously become President. We need a law or executive order that says no doctor may be punished for speaking out against the medical or political establishment.

Expand full comment

RFKJr? Baloney. He’s right on the vaccine issue but his Democrat Party is corrupt to the core. He’s a one issue guy.

Expand full comment

I think he should run as an independent. And he's not a one issue guy. Unless you call getting corruption out of government the one issue. And frankly that's the only issue that matters.

Please look at how radical JFK Jr was about climate change years ago … I hope he has softened because his eyes were opened on the vaccine issue but he wanted to lock people up who weren’t fully on board with climate change. I’m glad he’s in the mix and raising questions but I also have a lot of questions about his former positions.

Expand full comment

Much of the corruption you note is Democrat bureaucratic corruption, not to mention Obama, the Marxist, declaring he was going to “transform America.” JFK’s Democratic Party (the first time I voted was for JFK) is looong gone. It’s now the Marxist Dictatorship Democrat Party. RFKJr would not stand a chance in trying to rid government of corruption. And global warming was a leftist ploy to control our energy production--so far they’re winning. RFKJr bought into that fraudulent science early. But he’s absolutely right about the COVID vaccines.

He is far from a one issue guy. Health/biotech corruption - federal and corporate - is a massive area. And he is a total outsider within the Democratic Party. If not for his family name he would be kicked out long ago.

Except his stance on 2A, abortion and climate change seem to be quite wishy washy. He says he won't take away guns because that's "too divisive", not that it's our God-given right protected by the US Constitution. He said, if Congress passed a gun ban bill, tho, he'd sign it. He's pro-abortion, but says because he's Catholic, every abortion is a tragedy. He's a 40 yr environmentalist, who thinks the "green agenda" is a good idea and has said climate deniers should be locked up. He also says he's not "antivax", just wants more testing in childhood vaccines.

Years ago I thought someone should investigate the certifying boards. You would think they are some sort of benevolent group of doctors linked to some medical organization in the sky. Turns out they are PRIVATE corporations. Who owns them? Not the doctors whom they are certifying. Where is all the money going? I hope there is a way for you guys to sue the crap out of them

About 20 years ago I was tangentially involved in a medical malpractice case in which I signed an affidavit that there were reasonable grounds to believe there was medical negligence (a requirement of state law before a case can be brought to suit). Once the case entered suit I no further involvement. Concurrently, in response to the perceived "malpractice crisis" the state medical association (not the state licensing board) had formed a "medical malpractice review committee". The doctor involved in the case filed a complaint with the review committee. I received a letter to appear before this bogus committee to answer why I should not be disciplined by the association. They had no access to the medical records I reviewed in forming my opinion or basically any factual data. My "crime" was "testifying" against a fellow physician. I called an attorney/patient of mine who promptly sent a scathing letter that they either drop this matter or face a lawsuit. The matter was quickly dropped and the absurd, bogus and illegal committee was quickly discontinued.
