My Board Certification with ABEM will end in 2025. In their eyes, that will end 30 years of Board Certification, but I don’t work in an Emergency Department anymore and made my decision not to recertify after they sent us out a “warning” email about “misinformation and disinformation” on Covid 19 and how it could cause us to lose our ABEM certification, I responded with a 4 1/2 page certified letter to the members of the Board which ended with the promise that if I found out they had done this to any of my colleagues, I would contact that person and help them sue ABEM. Do they really think they can take away my 4 year residency, oral and written Boards and repeat written Boards? Do they really think my 30 years of knowledge and experience will suddenly dissipate into the air because they said so? And don’t get me wrong. For the first 18 years, I lived and breathed Emergency Medicine. I was on a state Board of Directors for 10 years. I was on the ACEP Council for 18 years. When I was a resident, I was the Speaker of the Resident Council. I was on National and State Committees. I eventually left and owned an Urgent Care. I loved what I did. But I am not their whore. I will not pay them and play their little game while they and ACEP gaslight us so they can keep their Lobbyist office in D.C. and collect dues from over 40,000 Emergency Physicians. When Covid was raging, I prescribed Ivermectin and Budesonide Inhaled treatments. I took it myself when I had Covid. I haven’t suffered a fraction of what Dr. Kory and others have suffered in their careers, but this whole episode in our history has changed me forever. I currently practice Addiction Medicine. However, I believe this will eventually turn around. There’s too many studies all over the world, too many people who originally drank the lemonade that are now questioning, and too many vaccine injured patients. I think eventually Dr. Kory, Dr. Marik and McCullough, along with countless others, will be vindicated when these “certifying bodies” start to back pedal on advice of legal counsel.

“Bring. It. On.”

😎💪🍿👊

You are such a badass, Pierre. Love it.

I’m beginning to think licensing and certifications need to become extinct as they are merely used as a way of enforcing ideological and pharmaceutical conformity. Just as being smeared by the mainsleeze media is now a badge of honor (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-mainstream-straddler), so is losing your license/certification for independent, evidence-based critical thinking that exposes the lies masquerading as The $cience™.

Not that you need any more ammunition, but feel free to pilfer as desired from my letter about AB2098 and another challenging the thought-policing of public health and the religion of astroturfed “scientific consensus”:

I lost my entire medical career standing against the COVID mandates and gender affirming care in minors. These individuals are all delusional, with a complex narcissism that I find truly disturbing. The willful ignorance and deflection produced in every conversation flies in the face of all logic. It is not possible to reason with these people. NUREMBERG.

Intellectual dissent is an essential part of a competent doctor's job in healing his patients.

Prohibiting dissent leaves nothing for a doctor to do but push pharmaceutical drugs and medical procedures, most of which is treatment, not therapy or cure.

ALL specialty boards became rackets long ago (led by my own - the first - American Board of Ophthalmology) and serve only to maintain cash flows to the bureaucrats that run them and compliance from providers to the Med Ind Complex's dictates. CME requirements for licensure are also a vast racket that does nothing to aid patients OR doctors. These "educational" entities within medicine are simply to maintain discipline and order within the profession -- that is, to support the political agenda of the Ruling Psychopathy. All doctors should simply say "NO!" to these abominable organizations and return to being patient advocates, instead of corporate shills. Sadly, Academia is infested/infected with wannabe totlaitarians.

Not sure it can be changed. Corrupt. Broken.

Avoid white coats and blue lights!

What's REALLY shocking to me (above all the shocking items you list) is how HARD AND FURIOUS "they" are sticking to their story. If we think that these people are going to roll over, even if the masses start to wake up, I think we are in a for a surprise. Dr. Kory, you and all the other medical truth tellers are so highly credentialed and highly regarded within your professions and they are STILL coming after you. Something very strong is keeping them in line. We are truly living in a world of us vs. them. We are so fundamentally different from them in our morals, ethics, logic ability, reasoning....

If 97% of doctors criticized recertification, then BOYCOTT the damn process and put the crooks out of business!

The ABIM now fully supports medical tyranny. It is controlled by big pharma like all of the medical establishment from A to Z. Modern medicine is anti-health and anti-humanity.

It’s absolutely criminal to see these thoroughly hollowed-out medical boards. We see the same behaviour in Canada & other globalist-corrupted western countries. Pretty soon the only medical advice I’ll accept will be from doctors who’ve been suspended for “misinformation”...

For the first time yesterday, I saw this below a YouTube video posted by a “mainstream” physician:

“From an accredited US healthcare educator. Learn how experts define health sources in a journal of the National Academy of Medicine.”

The provided link takes you to a YouTube “help” page about how to distinguish “qualified and authoritative sources,” with multiple references to the CDC and specifically the WHO.

This video was from 2015. It wasn’t about covid--it was about mold. Presented by the vice president of the American Academy of Allergists and Immunologists “debunking” claims about mold allergy and how to “actually” treat it.

The assault against true health and wellness couldn’t be more clear.

I only see one way out of this and that would be for RFK Jr to miraculously become President. We need a law or executive order that says no doctor may be punished for speaking out against the medical or political establishment.

More proof that what we are up against is nothing less, than a byzantine conspiracy, orchestrated by Big Pfharma, the CDC, PR Firms, the big Medical Journals, and various medical boards, enforcing a false orthodoxy, with manifestly lethal consequences for millions. Comparisons to the Nazi Genocide, are entirely apt.

The notion of "license for payment" is greatly worsened by the thieves guarding and investigating themselves. It's a racket the usurper syndicate is very proud of and very protective of keeping control.

Sounds like I ought to purposefully seek out doctors that are NOT part of ABIM, et al. It is at least one sign they may be honest.

Years ago I thought someone should investigate the certifying boards. You would think they are some sort of benevolent group of doctors linked to some medical organization in the sky. Turns out they are PRIVATE corporations. Who owns them? Not the doctors whom they are certifying. Where is all the money going? I hope there is a way for you guys to sue the crap out of them

About 20 years ago I was tangentially involved in a medical malpractice case in which I signed an affidavit that there were reasonable grounds to believe there was medical negligence (a requirement of state law before a case can be brought to suit). Once the case entered suit I no further involvement. Concurrently, in response to the perceived "malpractice crisis" the state medical association (not the state licensing board) had formed a "medical malpractice review committee". The doctor involved in the case filed a complaint with the review committee. I received a letter to appear before this bogus committee to answer why I should not be disciplined by the association. They had no access to the medical records I reviewed in forming my opinion or basically any factual data. My "crime" was "testifying" against a fellow physician. I called an attorney/patient of mine who promptly sent a scathing letter that they either drop this matter or face a lawsuit. The matter was quickly dropped and the absurd, bogus and illegal committee was quickly discontinued.
