I think one possible answer as to why women exposed to a vaccinated cohabitant were not as affected as those exposed to multiple people outside the home is that the cohabitant likely had one type of vaccine from the same manufacturer where as the group exposure was likely to be multiple or even all types of vaccines from all manufacturers. A broad spectrum of exposure, if you will.
