A response to some readers disappointment with the settlement plus details of another interesting aspect of the case that I did not include in my original post.
I am from India and carry a different perspective on this issue, especially looking ahead. Is it possible that a senior group from FLCCC seeks a meeting with President Biden and some of his aides ? This is not to blame FDA, CDC et al, but to give him the view that the course of the pandemic in the USA would have been entirely different if the administration has not been swayed by big pharma and listened to clinical experts in the country on early treatments, classical medicines etc including Ivermectin. The President is a listening person, doesn’t carry the agenda of big pharma and might even be persuaded to dust off the pandemic manual prepared by the Bush administration and ignored by the previous government and appropriately reword it in the context of Covid expereince. I recall people wondering in 2020 how with such a good guide in place, the USA completely messed up its pandemic response. The President would not have had an opportunity to know about this alternative expert view in detail, as the main stream media also shunned it. He must know that there were enough committed and experienced medicos in the country, who would have easily quelled this virus.
thank you for the truth, for all your sacrifices to tell us all the truth ....... for everyone who is working with you on this U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, Dr. Paul Marik and so many more ...... people are walking around alive today because you were a source of truth back in March 2020 that all of us regular people could use to tell others. Thank you for being a true warrior this in my eyes was a win. The FDA has gotten to loud and large and your lawyers did the right thing. Hope you continue with Ron Johnson's requests that is if you are allowed to under the conditions of the settlement.
I like senator Johnsons statement "eating an elephant one bite at a time". Keep biting AND gnawing. You are slowly but surely bringing the elephant to its knees!
HUGE kudos & congrats to Drs. Bowden, Kory, Marik, & all who pursued the murderous gangsters of public so-called 'health agencies', who conspired against the American people! There is no way to adequately quantify the global toll in human suffering they willfully undertook. You held their feet to the flames & we can only pray this ignites into an inferno of truth.
All I ever wanted was the truth. It seems that the truth these days is fairly obvious in most situations and the lies more blatant. Just as Dr. Kory says that in discovery they would say that phone calls were made, not emails, so there are I records. Just as in "there are no receipts, we dealt in cash". Both of these are obvious lies but courts seem to uphold them.
I guess we could argue if this was a win or not. I just want to thank everyone of you who has the courage to stand up and keep fighting. THANK YOU!
By settling you, the firm and the attorney silenced the issue permanently. That agency action was in part resulting from phone conversation means nothing. I’ve seen this kind of controlled opposition so many times. You are not new. The whole point was to expose the truth and now you have successfully buried it.
Congratulations to you, the FLCCC and your attorneys. A win is a win and it points out to those with their eyes and hearts open to the corruption that is occurring in the FDA and the other agencies. How many more lives could have been saved with early treatment with ivermectin, we’ll never know. However, we are now aware of the game and how it’s been played and we won’t fall for it again. God bless you all for sticking to your guns. We owe you!

In an endless skirmish war there is precious little gain to be made with a settlement,
one that you do not comprehend. Until the ABC agencies are defunded and Big P crumbles

Should the FDA also be expected to take this away from public view, and not just off of their social media posts? What a crazy world we are living in!
