Fascinating. I like your point about the missed opportunity to showcase a really impactful collaboration. What I learned later is that the particular zoo in question has been famously secretive about everything.. unlike other zoos. I was pretty pissed that they wouldnt let us write up a case report.. as you can see

😂 I agree that we could all use an uplifting and humorous human (err, orangutan) interest story right now. I’m so relieved Winaka is fully recovered and you were there to save her!

This part I disagree with, however:

“We sure could use one in light of the fact we are about to lose all sovereignty to Tedros and the WHO.”

Hell no, we aren’t! I published my objection to the IHR amendments (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-the-us-hhs-office-of-global) and have been collaborating with the World Council for Health (https://worldcouncilforhealth.org), Health Freedom Defense Fund (everyone should sign their World Freedom Declaration: https://healthfreedomdefense.org/wfd), and others on #StopTheAmendments, #StopTheTreaty, and #StopTheWHO, and we have them on the run! They’ve already dropped 12 of the 13 amendments and are feeling the heat of the Resistance (https://shabnampalesamohamed.substack.com/p/tedros-mentions-growing-resistance), so we’ve got to turn it up (https://jamesroguski.substack.com/p/turn-up-the-heat)!

P.S. Did you get my email this time? :-)

Margaret - what is the first half of your email so I can search for it

You are such a mensch, Dr. Kory. You can search for “margaretannaalice”—if that doesn’t bring it up, let me know, and I’ll reply with my full email and just delete or edit the comment afterward. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kory, you did an impressive job immediately owning your oops and explaining. Wow. I tried to understand the refusal of the abstract, nor the pretentious rationalization (comprehensive plan, communicate, etc.!?). You know what? That Deputy Zoo Director was in love with himself and was one of those dog-in-the-manger narcissist types. The refusal was not in the best interests of the zoo, the primates or zoos and animals. He didn't run that by any higher ups, he just killed it. I bet a presentation to the Zoo Board/overseers would have turned that around. Ugh, I detest the power of the petty to way lay good.

Too bad they declined your offer. I am a retired veterinarian. Didn’t work with zoo animals, but the projects that I saw as collaborative work for zoos who coordinated veterinarians and human medical practitioners got the BEST public PR imaginable. Those folks missed a great opportunity to showcase their caring, compassion and cooperation. Water is already under that bridge though.

Don’t think for a minute that we ALL don’t have our own versions of ‘shop talk’ that is not intended for public consumption, but is nevertheless humorous and spot on.

Lucky for me, my patients never repeated what they heard in the ‘back room’!

You folks at FLCCC are my heroes. Don’t forget that.

Dr. Kory, I went to a CME conference this past weekend. One of the hour talks was “Primary Care Physicians Addressing Covid-19 Vaccine Hesitancy” by Dennis Cunningham, MD MHA. He was a Henry Ford Hospital Fauci mouthpiece. Dispicable lecture. Typical employed physician spewing what he’s told to say, in order to get a pay check and lots of thataboys. We need to get our CMEs from doctors like you. The jackass wouldn’t even take questions that went against his narrative and heavens forbid discuss Ivermectin. 4 days of my life I can’t get back except I did get 33 Category 1-A credits.

Umm, there is no way I could have sat through that. I would have developed crushing chest pain within minutes

I worry about you Dr. Kory!!! I hope you're taking good care of your health after all you've sacrificed for ours! I really love you and Dr Paul Marik !!! ... You remind me of my father - who was also a Pulmonologist ... he died 1989 - but was the President of the Connecticut Thoracic Society 1975 (or maybe it was 1976) - a Georgetown graduate & used to teach at Yale. His main job was the West Haven, CT VA Hospital ... A very good man with a conscience like yourself. He cared so much about all people and animals (we had a few wild pets when children; baby skunks & baby opossum - he accidentally scared away from their mothers chopping wood) and we raised them in his Laboratory cages from work and fed them milk from a water bottle. He did cardiac research in the early 60's @ NIH (Terbutaline) and later did research in Pulmonary Medicine. I often think of him when I watch you and Dr Paul Marik - (i.e., your weekly FLCCC meetings on Zoom)- you would have made great friends. Please promise to take as good care of yourself as you have of your patients -- NO CRUSHING CHEST PAIN for 30 years minimum for you & your buddy Paul!!! DR's Orders!!! STAT!!!

Greatly appreciated this one, I needed a laugh as "monkeypox" descends on us. Our mainstream and WEF buddies are moving along with their fearporn - https://www.cnbc.com/2022/05/23/belgium-introduces-mandatory-monkeypox-quarantine-as-global-cases-rise.html - Thanks for keeping it real. Reading your substack helps me internalize I'm not the crazy one in an insane world.

I forgot to say that maintaining your sanity in an insane world is a sign that you are not only resistant to menticide (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-the-menticided-a-12-step) but that you are a Badass German (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/are-you-a-good-german-or-a-badass), so congratulations on both counts :-)
