Always thought silica was only for keeping supplements dry. Don't know that much about it, but it is in the extra ingredient list for most supplements. I have no idea if I have aluminum toxicity, so am not sure why I would take. My mother and both in laws have had Alzheimers & dementia. Have read that aluminum is part of the problem, but am definitely not an expert. We are dealing with my mother in law right now and it is getting harder and harder to manage. She is 97 so probably a little late to be reversing anything. She is a fall risk and she doesn't believe that she is. Could write a book or two.
I’m glad you are bringing minerals to the forefront. I agree with you it is a missing link crucial for health. I also think there’s a spiritual component - the ‘crystalline grid’ that is connected to our frequency as electromagnetic beings. I’m a retired pharmacist & I may not have believed the difference minerals could make if I had not directly experienced it myself. 15 years ago, I started on a mineral drink (Ionix supreme) & it was like spark plugs to the body, a very noticeable shift in energy, mental clarity & overall vibration. Many don’t know how the soils are depleted so eating a vegetable now does not carry the same health effects as one our grandparents would have eaten. One thing I am curious about is - with the new push for America to acquire the ‘rare earths’ & all the new deals from Trumps Asian tour bringing more mining & movement of these minerals out of the ground & across the world, I wonder how that will affect things?

As another subscriber commented, the great thing about Substack is that it allows published content to become an “audiobook”—perfect for a busy physician mother to squeeze in extra learning while multi-tasking and allowing the option to go back and hone in on certain areas later for reference. I so appreciate your bravery and dedication but also the strength of your writing and teaching skills!
So many people I want to follow and pay and so far only can afford two. One I paid for was more expensive than a Harvard doctor, so need to be careful. Appreciate your sense of humor in these difficult times. I want to follow this and hope it works. Thanks so much for what you are doing. Have not tried Chlorine dioxide or dmso and need to learn more.
