The modern science supporting the Rock-Water Circuit Theory, along with knowledge of Shimanishi's technique, allowed us to construct an interpretive key to the alchemical canon from 3 ancient texts.
Good morning. On May 12th, I ordered the ebook "From Volcanoes to Vitality" from you. Your order number is #2705. So far, no delivery has been received, nor has there been a response to my inquiries. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards,
Dear Doctor Kory. Firstly, thank you for being a key exemplar and voice of sanity over the past 6 years. As a medical professional and fellow rebel, you were a rock!
Thank you also for turning to water and minerals. It is a vital element in life to understand that matrix.
However, having read your reinterpretations of the Hermetic alchemical codes, I want to offer a somewhat different interpretation from first principles. One needs to disambiguate the multiple layers and encoded philosophical language - which is not easy if one does not have the primary mythos upon which it has been built. You have inspired me to write a new article on this, which I will link below.
Whilst the Egyptian cosmology is widely read, the primary mythos of emergence from Nun and return to the polar undifferentiated state is almost entirely absent across the world in common texts. Despite being clear in the various ancient texts. This the Pythagoreans inherited and structured their Tetractys and soul theories on, and derived their geometry primarily from it also. But it is the Celestial Pole that is missing - the 'unmoved mover' and its divisions and differentiations that is key. These angles and arc angles became angels and archangels. The cast across shadow became 'the Devil'. It begins with Ptah as the universal mind, and becomes Atum, the differentiated form in the Nun. The Monad that is the dyad.
Plato, Exodus and revelation all cohere in that story. Plato builds Atlantis from this geometric mathematical mythos. Plato is a hinge between the Egyptians and the Alchemists. Alchemy begins well over 2000 years before the conventional timeline. But they made the Great Architect Ptah a man named Pythagoras - history places him late in Greece. The oath-bound initiates did speak in equivocal terms, deliberately.
But they were not primarily speaking of water. This was the polar mythos, containing the soular journey from the duat below to the duat above back to the primordial state where the mesu calf emerges as the new soul along with the ba bird as chick - the raven (there is a lot about the black bird type too involved for here). Within the prime system is also the solar recursion via Horus and Osiris. The mythos returns to the beginning - the alpha state by reincorporation of the aspects back to the prime dyad. Back to the pole - the unmoved mover and what moves to reveal the hidden.
This was formerly highlighted by the Pole star Thuban, which shifted - the head of the dragon Draco - signified by the omega sign - Hathor's headdress.
The tetractys of 10 stones created isopsephy and growth formulae and ratios. It rises to 10 and 'floods' back to the 1, where 1 becomes the nested 10 in 1, and so forth.
There is so much to cross-reference here, that it took me thousands of pages to put together from decades of data and experience, and I cannot declare myself an expert in any one field, but a polymath only.
I offer this in good faith that you might consider it. It is a field full of fundamental bombshells that requires a revision of history, myth and religion to return to the coherent science it still obscures, of the ancient Egyptians.
Dr. Kory... I have only gotten to Table 1 in your post... I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how fascinated I am that you are delving into the Hermetic mysteries... I'm excited and delighted!... "As above, so below"... and now back to your post.
That resonates strongly with work we’ve been doing around the glycocalyx, sulfated glycans, specific ion effects, membrane curvature, bicontinuous structures, and Parkinson’s disease with Dr. Barry Ninham. Take a look at Barry's body of work, especially the work on specific ion effects and the glycocalyx work.
Biology increasingly looks less like a collection of independent parts and more like an interface-driven mineral-water system operating across scales.
I also think the sulfur angle deserves more attention. Sulfur chemistry sits at the center of redox balance, glycocalyx integrity, extracellular matrix structure, microbial metabolism, and possibly even some of the coherence/decoherence patterns we see in neurodegenerative disease.
I think there may be an important systems-level intuition preserved in these traditions: life emerges and functions through organized interactions between water, minerals, ions, gases, membranes, and flow.
Interesting work. It definitely got me thinking. Not the least of which because I caught I ride in 2019 with someone who wrote a book in Urdu that he showed me. There were only a few words and symbols I could recognize - sulfur and mercury were two of those.
Sulfur and iron are literally the engines of life. And yes, what I am building towards is a "systems-level" explanation for the vitality (and loss of vitality) across agriculture, aquaculture, husbandry, and human health, centered on geochemically conditioned water - water mineralized from ancient volcanic rock. That is not in this book, though, that is "From Volcanoes to Vitality" but I am glad you could see that from this post. It's pretty interesting that you could see that in this, although not unrelated, this post is many steps away from that argument
Glyphosate, which I write about a lot, binds minerals and inhibits the ability to build structures. That includes plant structures like cellulose, plant polyphenols because it disrupts the aromatic amino acids, collagen, and animals and humans and a lot more. I’m sure you’re including it or looking at it but if you’re not, I’d be happy to share a wealth of information with you. I’ve been following your journey since 2020, quietly. Thank you for the work you do.
This is an INTERPRETATION indeed! We often find people who are novices, read a few texts, and voila! They have solved the mystery. As so many others have claimed.
I've amassed and studied, pondered, contemplated many such texts over DECADES; attended classeswith lab work; know of practioners around the world who work quietly.
The authentic texts are focused around one thing: The Great Work...by which they mean the Philosopher's Stone. And they are clear that it will pass certain tests: a grain wrapped in paper or wax will transmute heated mercury to gold. A grain dissolved in wine will accelerate the body's ability to regenerate. We have reports from respected historical figures who tell of being doubters...until some quiet stranger appeared at their door and gave them a sample to test. And it did transmute as attested by local goldsmiths.
This is not psychic work (altho that happens along the path). Not Jung. Not spagyric EXTRACTs.
Many over the centuries have puzzled and hit a dead end, but their explorations evolved into modern chemistry. This is an OFFSHOOT. And that is fine, even wonderful.
Alchemy does have a general theory of how the Elements mutate into each other, of how there is a progression of "Light" (think electrical plasma) will combinei into ever more complex bodies (much as modern elements in the table are ever more complex concatenations of positive and negative charges)
I appreciate the seriousness of your comment, but I think this is precisely where my interpretation diverges from much of the traditional alchemical community.
I believe many alchemical readers have taken the canon far too literally, especially around metallic transmutation, and I have actually made that point repeatedly throughout the prior posts. In my reading, transmutation was never the central goal. It became the fixation.. and more often the obfuscation by the alchemists.
The deeper pattern across these texts is process: opening, dissolution, circulation, separation, recombination, release, concentration, return. The language repeatedly points toward transformations occurring within Nature itself, especially within mineral-water systems, not merely toward the production of laboratory gold.
I also think it is important that the canon constantly speaks in layered and equivocal terms. That is not a flaw of the texts. It is one of their defining features. Once I stopped treating Sulfur, Mercury, Salt, Stone, and Fire as fixed substances and instead understood them as operational roles within a process, the coherence across the texts became dramatically stronger.
And respectfully, I think the historical obsession with literal chrysopoeia may itself have obscured what the texts were actually preserving.
That does not mean the alchemists were foolish, fraudulent, or merely symbolic. Quite the opposite. I think they were observing real processes in Nature and trying to encode them in guarded language. My argument is simply that the operational layer they preserved maps more coherently onto rock-derived mineral-water chemistry than onto the endless historical pursuit of metallic transmutation.
Whether one agrees with me or not, I do not think that possibility can be dismissed casually anymore.
To any uncommitted casual observer, with some knowledge of alchemy and the various theories surrounding it, this sounds like one of the least plausible explanations I have encountered.
The approach appears to be “I have this theory about water and minerals let’s see if i can spin it to include an alchemical texts angle”. This is easy enough as the texts are highly ambiguous (for whatever reason).
It entirely lacks any credibility, as the links to the mineral water theory( itself highly questionable) , are tenuous in the extreme. It simply does not pass the common sense test.
As to the motivation to produce such material, there are only a couple of possibilities human psychology being what it is.
The first is a certain naivety and credulity, assisted by an inflated belief in one’s own capacities and insight.
The second is motivation for profit by means of some product produced as a “result” of such theorising (which does seem to be the case here).
The above 2 motivations occur in many combinations of these 2 factors. Doubtless there is a certain amount of “gold” produced , so in that sense at least there is an “alchemical” aspect. The base metal in this case is however credulity.
Have you considered the role of microbes in this process? They are master builders, as well as, wrecking crews. But much more master builders. There is quite a bit on biological transmutation in microbes, for example between iron and manganese in rock.
You are describing the roles of human and non human actors in this paragraph: .
"Canonical interpreters of alchemy have long agreed on the structural logic of these texts: the Stone is the product of conjunction, not the substrate; Mercury is a principle, not elemental metal; Sulfur is an activating force; and the Secret Fire is a penetrating solvent rather than literal flame."
The French Polymath, Bruno Latour in his anthropology of the moderns points out the essential role of human and non human actors.
"We Have Never Been Modern is a 1991 book by Bruno Latour that argues the modern world's defining separation of nature and society never truly existed, challenging the idea that science created a new, distinct era. Latour proposes that modernity is characterized by a contradictory practice of creating hybrids (like global warming, which mixes nature and politics) while simultaneously trying to purify and separate nature from culture, suggesting we should instead see ourselves as "amodern" or "nonmodern" and embrace these hybrids. The book is a philosophical and anthropological critique of modern thought, aiming to rework our understanding of science, politics, and society. "
Ah! you are jumping ahead of me.. We will get there, to the argument that nature and society, and nature and behavior are one.. it is coming and is one of the defects of publishing a book in serial fashion..
The aereopagus (Mars Hill - to Hermes) - Acts 17: 22 So Paul, standing in the midst of the Areopagus, said: “Men of Athens, I perceive that in every way you are very religious. 23 For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription: ‘To the unknown god.’ What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you. 24 The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man,[a] 25 nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. 26 And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, 27 that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us, 28 for
“‘In him we live and move and have our being’;[b]
as even some of your own poets have said,
“‘For we are indeed his offspring.’[c]
29 Being then God's offspring, we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of man. 30 The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent, 31 because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.”
I think you understand more of where this is going (or maybe you are apprehensive about where I know it is not going) than most readers probably realize.
What I would ask, gently, again, is patience. The work is not about the worship of stone, minerals, alchemy, or hidden knowledge for their own sake. Quite the opposite. My argument is that the deeper one follows order, coherence, geometry, chemistry, life, and the astonishing intelligibility of Nature itself, the harder it becomes to view any of it as accidental or self-originating.
The Hermetic material mattered to me because I came to believe it preserved fragments of real operational knowledge about Nature. But Nature itself is not the source. It is the expression.
So no, I do not believe I am making the mistake Paul warned about above. I believe the opposite realization sits on the other side of this journey, and that all glory belongs where all knowledge originated in the first place.
Just wow! I love what I'm learning from you. I've always been fascinated with the symbology of ancient myths, creation stories, mystics and philosophers, and especially the Hermetic 'as above, so below'. Your work is synthesizing all my exploring into a profoundly expanded confirmation of the sacred cyclical nature of life on planet Earth. What a powerful mosaic you're bringing into focus! Thank you, Pierre!
Your enthusiasm is restorative, Gerry, seriously. I have been somewhat shocked at how few grasp the enormity of what we believe we achieved in this work. So thank you. Wait until we get into Scripture :)
Pierre, I appreciate all that you do! As a Christ follower, I can testify that Jesus Christ is the Answer! Jesus declared in John 14:6 that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, the Only Way to the Father! He loves you very much! The best decision of my life was inviting Him into my heart to be my Lord and Savior! God bless you and thank you again for all that you do! 🙏
I have not kept up with this current unfolding of knowledge/discovery process. Very interesting morning read for me! I wonder, with my feeble thinking, what deterred the continuation, availability of these texts to a broader humanity?
As I am drawn to your writings on chlorine dioxide and DMSO, is there any correlation with these findings?
“As above, so below” in biblical terms references the divine linking with the human.
Side note, I listened to your interview with OKeefe. Kindred spirits in reference to betrayal.
Your departure was handled with grace publicly. At the time I was stunned and confused. Smelled a rat. You know our conversations..
What really piqued my interest were your ketamine remarks. The link you sent me awhile back about comprehensive ketamine overview I unfortunately for some reason cannot open now.
That said, the microdosing aspect for nerve regeneration is quite fascinating. Also of course, repurposed drug use and IV Vitamin C. I will never forget the HighWire showing of the video of Dr. Marik’s blindsided presentation in England. Breathtaking in its audacity. I wept. But interesting at the end when you asked the doctors present to raise their hands if they would use this treatment as a last resort. (Of course if one waits too long the golden hour is missed) Links to your discussion with James. The timidity of humans.
Would love to read more about these topics! Hoping perhaps they can be interspersed with your substack posts alongside your delving into the mystic.
Fascinated, intrigued as always!
