Confession - I'm spamming this comment everywhere - but I think it's urgent to understand risks we face with big tech continuing to censor and take down not just information but entire platforms. 94% of the services on the Internet are hosted in way or another on platforms, that are affiliated with BigTech and antagonistic toward information that goes against the narrative about COVID-19. In a single day, they could terminate thousands of sites which currently provide avenues for sharing truth about early therapeutics, vaccines, and critical data studies. That includes substack.
I see no contingency planning such as scoping out the use of private data centers. As an infrastructure architect working in the DoD, I understand the need for risk mitigation, but can't seem to communicate the message.
There are several misconceptions about hosting and the need to use cloud providers or various platforms.
1) You don't need to use a cloud provider to host web and data or to have high-speed fault tolerant Internet access.
2) Colocation centers at least at this point only care about network disruption and spam and do not normally monitor content - I know that my colocation doesn't.
3) Servers, memory, storage are all still cheap even with supply-chain issues - cheaper than paying for providers.
4) Colocations that can provide secure access
5) Servers can be hosted just as securely in a colocation as on a cloud provider, you can implement data-at-rest encryption so even if confiscated, they are secure, use multi-factor authentication to protect against intrusion, and employ the same advanced security mechanisms that cloud providers do.
6) Colocation costs are inexpensive and reliable. A level-3 center provides at least 99.99 guarantees with backup power and redudant high-speed Internet. I pay just $550.00 for power and space per month to host the equivalent processing power that would require at least $1,500 from Amazon or AWS - over 2 TB of RAM, 40 TB of ultra high-speed NVME storage, and 128 virtualized cores on 4 physical severs. And that comes with 20 IPs and 1 Gbe up and down Internet with capability to expand at low cost.
7) Most services provided on the web also have options for on-premises hosting. You don't need substack or even a cloud provider to have substack like capability, if that is the next one on the chopping block.
I've been trying to put together an alt-tech initiative to address the issue as well as services to capture and index all of the relevant data from reputable sources that are now filtered out by most Internet search engines such as Google. This is an area up my wheelhouse as I have 2 master's degrees and a PhD in computer science and have held roles leading data, software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects. I've no desire to profit from this, my colocation is exclusively for my own data science experimentation and for helping people looking into setting up testing platforms without any cost. A suggestion: Phrasing like this "as they have impacted survival outcomes in almost the entirety of planet Earth’s citizens" doesn't have the impact of "their withholding of early treatment killed hundreds of thousands, or millions, of people."
It *is* time for the trials and prison. The lives that have been lost probably number in the millions worldwide. Document, document, document. Their time is coming. The Therapeutic Goods Administration TGA banned all doctors, apart from a few specific specialists, from prescribing Ivermectin for Covid on 10 September 2021. Australians are highly vaccinated and have high numbers of Covid cases and rising cases of death.
Is there any information about when Oxford University UK is restarting the Ivermectin Trial which they put on hold because of supply issues?

Bezos bought the failing Washington Post for $250 million in 2013 even though in 2012 it was clear WaPo was hemorrhaging newspaper circulation and operating income.
Soon after purchasing WaPo, also in 2013, Bezos happened to land a $600 million dollar CIA cloud contract and this past August was quietly awarded a $10 billion dollar contract from the NSA to its Amazon Web Services. I wonder if there is a connection between Big Pharma, Big Media Lies and Three-Letter Agency cloud services?
