Too many people giving medical advise who shouldn't be. I wish they'd forego those toxic boosters too; but their course is their choice.

Avoid them; F2F contact, that is. While ymmv, some of us get nasty effects from their shedding.

It is impractical to stay away completely from other people. We have to work, see our kids, etc.

We take a lot of vitamins and suppliments and I take L-Glutathione to remove graphin I might pick up from shedders. Hopefully that is helping me. No covid and No sickness for me for the last 6 years plus.

Then wear a mask - N95 or better. The shedding causes me to lose hearing and become dizzy. Some women say it give them menstrual irregularities. Others just sneeze. I now avoid the side of the family that got jabbed, and wear an N95 when absolutely necessary. Glutathione gets digested, so if it help, you might find N-acetylcysteine (NAC, or even plain cysteine, such as in salmon) more economical. Limiting factor, but take glutamic acid (MSG) and even glycine, too, if you like.

So sad your kids took the jabracadabra. https://rumble.com/v25aie3-jabracadabra.html

Thanks for the suggestions. I take NAC presently and have several boxes of the 3M N95 masks for crowds. I will have to trim my beard now as I have let it grow since the last time I needed a mask.

I have to wonder if that's possibly an auto-suggested phenomenon. Not saying it is, but at least this should be studied.

I expected sneezing; not deafness and dizziness!

One of the reasons I casually talk to people about the downside of the jab is to sleep well knowing I made an effort to inform people.

Fred I understand & I do the same. We can carefully express our genuine concerns without 'spewing advice.' But so many have made an ill-informed decision to trust Big Pharma. Many get offended at the mere mention of safety dangers of the jabs. I tread carefully as a licensed massage therapist.
