I found the segment on Lithium Orotate fascinating and since I am taking Armour for hypothyroid, I wanted to dig a little deeper into any contraindications. My go to for anything Thyroid is Dr Isabella Wentz, PharmMD. https://thyroidpharmacist.com/articles/lithium-and-hashimotos/ An interesting side note in the article, ". . . lithium citrate was the original “up” in 7-Up."
Medicine girl writes a sub stack. She’s a retired RN. Some of her stuff is off the wall. Her latest rant is how we don’t need iodine. It’s just an industrial waste product appreciated if someone would look into it thanks.
HELLO? Doc? Didja see my comment, below? It's now 4 days later , Nov 2nd....and nothing has been fixed...? I'm sure it's just a technical problem, but not able to read either Chpt 7 nor 8......
Just finished Chpt 6. On the bottom of it it says next is Chapter 8..???? What happened to 7? When I click on it, it takes me directly to chpt 9...??? Whaaazzzzup?
This is all fascinating. Would you let me know which particular Horbach supplement you take which includes lithium orotate - I can’t find it on their website. Many thanks.
The Horbaach website shows it as out of stock, maybe due in no small part to Pierre's writing about it. You can sign up to be notified when it is back in stock.
I’ve been taking borax for 8 months and within 2 weeks of taking it my stiff neck was gone. I’d been going in for neck adjustments for months with no lasting effects. Borax works! My sister started taking it and her stiff knees were gone. We are both mid 50’s. Take no less than 400 mg of magnesium with it.
I’m taking 1 tablespoon of 1 teaspoon borax dissolved in 1 liter of water. I’ll add some links that can help you. This will give you the information Dr Kory made mention of on boron from Walter Last. In the YouTube video, the second option of dissolving a quarter teaspoon for men in a liter of water and drinking throughout the day must be done with caution as you can get a Herxheimer reaction. I say this because my husband did and it’s very uncomfortable but if you start at a lower dose, say an eighth of a teaspoon and work yourself up to a quarter of a teaspoon With binders it’s a great detox. You will know what I’m talking about if you watch the video.
Must take a minimum of 400mg of magnesium glycinate or citrate

Yes, I only saw 130mg, but looks like a good supplement source.
He explained that this is 5 mg of lithium in the 130 mg
