Reading your book made me think about something in my diet. I recently bought some special sea salt from Hawaii. One variety is mixed with a red, volcanic clay. Normally I don’t like things really salty (except when I’m sick or pregnant). This salt, if I accidentally put more than usual, tasted so good and my body seemed to crave it. Now that I’ve been eating it for a couple of months, I don’t feel the same craving for it. I’m wondering if it has some of these trace minerals that my body needed.
search for "cam" there is a "came" that is missing its "e"
