For a lawyer in a position of legal leadership, it is concerning that Letitia James did such a demonstrably poor job of “investigating” the issue of ivermectin prior to issuing a threatening letter to doctors using it in their early treatment protocols for patients ill with COVID in New York State. Had she done even a superficial medical and/or legal review of the topic, she would have uncovered the many easily detected facts in support of the use of ivermectin in COVID-19, so brilliantly articulated by Attorney Alan Dumoff, a lawyer that helps advise the FLCCC on legal matters.

The legal quality of her letter is so poor that it forces me to hypothesize that perhaps it was not due to deficiencies in legal skill or effort but instead represents an action taken in support of “non-legal objectives,” akin to the “non-scientific” objectives I see supporting the governmental health agencies refusal to recommend to the American people the now numerous, safe, repurposed drugs with proven eff…
